These terms govern the use of the Desmana platform (the "Platform"), provided in a demonstration capacity as an MVP.

1. Purpose

The Platform is a B2B marketplace for wastewater projects. It enables project requests, automated contractor matching, messaging and document exchange, contracts and milestone tracking.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the security of their credentials. Account sharing is prohibited.

3. Contractor verification

Contractors are subject to review by Platform administrators. Unverified profiles are not shown in matching.

4. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for timelines, quality or financial obligations of parties under agreements concluded off-platform.
